Name: Eucalyptus Saligna

Source/Origin: A large, commonly occuring hardwood of the East Coast of Australia from Bateman's Bay, New South Wales to Southern Queensland.

Appearance: Heartwood dark pink to red-brown. Sapwood usually sufficiently paler to be readily distinguished.

Common uses: Flooring, Cladding, Panelling, Boatbuilding, General Building Purposes.

Durability: Above Ground Class 2
