Name: Eucalyptus Cladocalyx
Source/Origin: Victoria and South Australia.
Appearance: Sugar gum has a pale yellow-brown heartwood that when polished becomes a light ginger-brown colour.
Common uses: Sugar Gum has many uses, but around the home it provides an excellent structural timber suitable for house stumps, framing and decking among other things.
Durability: Sugar gum has a hard, durable and attractive pale timber suited to a range of products.
