CUSTOM DRYING & IP COMMERCIALISATION
On-Site Custom Drying: Involves our supplying kilns at
our cost for a contracted period and rates of payment based on
similar levels to the cost of conventional drying using your own
kilns. This cost and our pricing includes depreciation and
finance costs plus all of the other costs you would face if you
owned them yourself. We take full responsibility for all input
costs and, by threat of contract terms we are obliged to produce
high quality outcomes at risk of contract termination.
Why is contract drying preferred? We believe
that:
-
We can generate our own margin by virtue
of our comparatively higher efficiency without adding cost
to the alternative of owning your own kilns.
-
As manufacturer-operator, the
manufacturing and development margins normally passed on to
purchasing clients in the upfront price can be recovered by
us over time and within our fee structure. As such, the
upfront cost of our installation is lower than it would be
if clients purchased them. The flow on to this is that the
finance company gets a smaller cut out of the operation,
directly reducing cost of service.
-
As a manufacturer, ongoing spare parts
costs and inventories can be streamlined by efficiently
sharing them across a number of drying sites.
-
As a manufacturer and developer of both
superior technology and prescription, we are expert in
operation and capable of generating immediate high quality
outcomes without significant onsite training.
-
Our online and highly developed control
technology allows us to cost-effectively manage the process
better with minimal onsite supervision than with high levels
of onsite supervision.

At the same time, our investment in your kilns facilitates a
major operating capital reduction that will make your bank
manager or shareholders very happy with a major improvement in
your R.O.I. In other cases, scarce capital no longer required
for kilns may be freed up for other profit generating uses.
Satellite Custom Drying: Our sister
company Enviro-Forest Solutions is being established as our
first major satellite drying and processing site. Our plans
include establishment of other regional custom drying operations
to support numbers of small, yet collectively significant lumber
operations. Supplier shareholdings in these ventures will be
encouraged and currently in progress. We encourage group
inquiries.
Sales: Our plan is to make kilns
available for sale in specific circumstances. Likewise we will
consider sale of our control system and will make skilled
technical staff available to selected conventional kiln owners
and operators for who our patented revolutionary cyclic control
systems have relevance.
Partnerships & International Distribution:
We have commenced our international commercialization objectives
by establishing our North American company based in Vancouver,
namely Solar Dry Tech Incorporated. We are interested to hear
from potential venture partners in various parts of the world to
collaborate with us in our future initiatives.
Significant, established companies already in
the fields of commercial drying, drying equipment retailers or
distributors or connected entrepreneurs with strategic strengths
in individual countries may contact the writer. Alternatively,
significant potential woodlot owners who have drying needs may
be considered as inaugural partners and long term agents for our
commercialization plans and initiatives.
